We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community, their families and friends and others who support our mission. We will not forget. ...

Wow. I was just scanning though our fallen heroes of Missouri and came across Ben. I worked at Quik Trip with him, and he was a big Teddy Bear with a heart of gold. I worked at QT from 2001 to 2005. Never new what he went on to do, until now, but much love and respect. RIP my friend.

Fallen but not forgotten. Miss you man.

Thinking of you this memorial day, Ben. Best wishes to your family who I know miss you dearly. I will always remember your sacrifice and will smoke another cigar in your honor. Stogie

Thank you Ben for your sacrifice. I miss you. You will always be remembered. I will smoke a cigar in your Honor at my wedding next week, which would not be possible had you not been there. A special thanks to your parents for raising such a fine young man. Stogie

To the family and friends of Spc. Benjamin J. Ashley:
Always remembering Benjamin. "Some gave all."

Since last year I have left Balad Iraq as we closed out Iraq. I want to remind everyone that although we are no longer in Iraq those we lost there won't be forgotten. To Ben, his family, and friends.

As the 5th anniversary of Ashley's passing approaches, please know that he is being honored today and will continued to be remembered years to come even by strangers such as my family. Our family has not forgotten our Veteran's nor have we forgotten that their families duffer. God Bless and our family hopes that you have found some peace.

While in school Ben was one of my best buddies, and I remember being sad when I found out we were moving. While in OSUT at Fort Sill, Ben and I ended up being in the same Battery and training together often. It was remarkable running into him after so many years. He invoted me to his wedding following OSUT but I was unable to make it. I was extremely saddened when I heard the news. I wish his...
