Carol, and family my sincere condolences. Frank was a delightful person to talk with and listen to old times. It was my good fortune to be able to assist him with business and taxes. Thank you Frank. Gail Gilman

Sending condolences to Mrs. Carol and the family. Spent many days sitting on the porch with them both. He loved talking about his childhood, his kids and grands. He was a sweet man that loved life. Take your rest Mr. Frank you will be missed.
