Not sure what to say?

I forgot to mention that his father brought my mother and girlfriend to our graduation from boot camp in 1951. Bennie had a great personality and we had great times together. Douglas Conrad Buckelew

Bennie and I were in high school in Lynchburg. We joined the naval reserve and were called to activate duty in 1951. We went to boot camp at Bainbridge, Maryland. After we served two years and discharged, we stayed in contact for a number of years. I moved to Virginia Beach and lost touch with Bennie. The last time I heard from him was in 1980 when my son died.

My condolences to Dr. Knight's family. He was my surgeon years ago and I greatly appreciated his kindness and compassion.

Lair and others, I was an Anesthesiologist at LGH for many years and frequently worked with Ben. He was always a kind, engaging and had a great sense of humor. We all will miss him. Tom Delaney.

My condolences to the Knight family & friends, I have fond memories of how Dr. Knight supported his childrens sports activities.

I remember Dr. Knight as a kind and caring gentleman . He performed surgery on my son when he was just a little boy!!!

While it´s so hard to lose a parent, it´s comforting to know that your Dad and Mom are together again. I remember many laughs that were shared by our parents. Our sympathies to all of you.

Deepest sympathy to the family of Dr Knight. I was a patient of his back in the 1970´s and I never forgot his kindness.

Bennie and Tommy, sorry for your loss.
