I am so sorry to hear about Ben´s passing it´s really sad that a great guy like Ben had to suffer like he did but I know he is with God now where he will be well taken care of and will now rest in peace with the Angel´s by his side. My condolences to his family and give them strength and support through these difficult times. May God bless all of you !!

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Ben was just an all around great guy. He was the reason I wanted to be in the law enforcement field. Ben encouraged me to follow my dreams. During my time as an Explorer in Park Ridge I got to spend a lot of time with Ofc. Peterson. I remember him as a devoted family man with a caring soul who was an outstanding police officer and mentor to all. He will be greatly missed by all who ever met him.

Karen, Claudia and Cameron. I am usually not at a loss for words and I am trying to rap my head around this! I know Ben is at peace and with all his loved ones. You all have another Angel watching over you. My hope is that you remember that you always have an extended Peterson Family and we are available if you need us. RIP my dear nephew!
