Ben Rader was one of the kindest, most genuine human beings I met, when I was a Coldwell Banker Realtor on Hewitt Road. God Bless Ben and his entire family.

Meeting him at a Chamber of Commerce meeting, in my early years, he always made an effort to make me feel welcome. In the latter years, I always enjoyed catching up with him during meetings. Larry and I were sadden to learn about Ben. He was always with a smile and treated us like an old friend when we saw him around town. He always had a calendar for us each year. I´m glad we had the pleasure of knowing him. He was good people. We will always fondly remember him.

Rader & Associates always had so much fun together no matter what it was, selling houses or making a float for the Bellbrook parade. You will be missed.
