Not sure what to say?

Dear Ellen and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Ben in 1985 as I was in my last year of my residency program in Orthopedics and choosing a practice to join. The choice was quite clear as Ben was a well respected, compassionate surgeon that always placed his family and patients above all. During the many years of being a Partner with Ben, I learned a great deal not only technically and with patient care, but also how to manage an Orthopedic practice. It was truly a...

Ben was my Fraternity Brother at Ohio University. He was a wonderful personality and friend to the brothers of Phi Epsilon Pi. Ellen was a dear friend in Cleveland. We shared years of fun memories. May you and your family share wonderful memories of a truly remarkable person. Ben will be remembered as one who cared. Marty Weinstein

Dear Ellen and Family, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I've been in practice now for 29 years, the first 8 of which fortunately were with Ben as a partner (1992-2000). He was a caring and compassionate physician in addition to being a "great surgeon". I can attest to that especially over the past 20 years as I have had the privilege to care for his patient after his retirement. He changed so many lives for the better. Together Ben and Ellen were so welcoming and gracious. Who...

The next months will be difficult as I know what you are going through. The only advice I can give you is that it does get better. Marty

Thoughts and prayers are with the Richman family. May his memory be eternal. Ben was such a tremendous help to me as a team physician for the Cleveland Crunch

Dear Family, My condolances and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I worked at Marymount and will remember Dr. Richman's warm smile and his compassionate care for all his patients. He was a pleasure to work with. May all the wonderful memories you cherish keep his spirit alive in your hearts, and in time, bring you peace as well.
