Great photo of Ben, Shelley. Bill Looney definitely held Ben in high regard and would often mention what a principled and honest man he was. It was great to see them together at Bill's 50th anniversary celebration of his first real estate sale and to have Ben produce the documentation of that very sale!

I will miss his warm smile and how his eyes would light up when he was happy.
