The Talley family,
I met Ben many years ago, when I first came to Portland. My mother Susanna and uncles Tommy, Alex, and Richard Price went to school with Ben back in Detroit. They had me to look him up once I got here in 1975. I have seen Ben throughout the years and he has always given me good sound advice. We are very sadden to hear about the lost Ben and he will be miss.

Dear Olga and family,
I just want you to know that the Talley family will never be forgotten by the Richard Anctil family. You were our good neighbors and first friends when we came to Oregon.
I will remember Ben as well as your whole family in my prayers.
Sincerely,

Dear Talley family, just another entry from one of the dozen or so Anctils who lived next door to you on Siskiyou. Even after many decades, the fond memories of growing up with your family seem as vivid as yesterday. May God fill you with His warmth and peace during this time. Great man and an awesome family.

I'm so sorry. Benny was my best friend as a child on Siskiyou St., and I always looked up to his dad. Although I've not spoken to him in twenty years, I will miss Mr. Talley as I still miss his son.
