Our Dad (Ed Brouwer) quoted this verse to me when we were talking about YOUR Dad, his best friend, and I thought it might bring a smile in remembrance of those two precious men. You are in my prayers with fond childhood memories of witnessing the lifelong, Christian friendship of our parents. I imagined Ed and Ben in an enthusiastic hug at their Heavenly Reunion, but our world is a little dimmer with their loss....

my deepest sympathy to the family on the passing of such a wonderful man.I remember all the times that Ben and Kay visited with my parents as I was growing up in Roseland. they were lifelong friends of Ed and Alice Brouwer and became like aunt and uncle to me.it has been an honor and a blessing to have known him.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
