I took Ben with me (Kelly´s Aunt Annette) to his 1st meat raffle at the American Legion in Minnesota years ago (he called it the "meat spin"- and he´d always say - "we don´t have those in California!") & he loved it!!! It became the traditional routine when he came to Pine City! He´d be all excited to get there to buy his spin tickets. But shock & disappoint set in, when on his last visit, they put a limit on him of only 2 tickets to buy at a time, so other people could buy & have a chance...
