Not sure what to say?

Andy & family: Our paths haven't crossed in nearly 20 years (727-SAN), in happier days. From that brief encounter, I know you and yours are people of class and character. I'm very sorry to hear of your son's passing and, as a parent, am drawn closer to my family as I feel your grief, trying to understand why terrible things happen to good people.

Andy,
I am so sorry for your loss. Please extend my deepest sympathy to your family.

Andy, LeAnn, & the Tree Family,
Our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences on the loss of your son, Benjamin. Words cannot do justice to your grief. A favorite of ours..."The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty". God Bless you and your family.

To the Trees Family:

I was saddened to read in the L.A. Times about Ben. I worked with Dr. Trees as Medical Staff Secretary at Clairemont Hospital in the '70's and was a patient and friend of his for 20 years. His wise counsel, compassion and medical competence served my family well, and I miss his counsel today. Knowing Dr. Trees, I am certain that Ben was a very special and much-loved young man.

My prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow, and may God bless you...

To The Trees' Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We were very saddened by the news of your son, Ben, even though we only knew of him at Solana Highlands and Carmel Valley Middle School. From the many testimonials we have read, you were very blessed to have such a wonderful son. Remember he will live in your hearts forever!
The Mumma Family

I don't know if you remeber me but we lived next to your family growing up in La Jolla. My name then was Suzy Mahoney. I am so sorry to read about your son/grandson. I have 3 children of my own 18, 23, and 25 and I pray everyday for their health and saftey. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family that God my keep you comforted in his loving embrace.

Ben was such a special boy. He will be missed. Nothing can ease the pain of his loss, but the knowledge of all the lives he touched and made better can forever be a source of pride to the Trees family. My son, Brian, got to know Ben through Torrey Pines football, and is one of hundreds, if not thousands, of young people who called Ben their friend, and who will never forget him. I met the Trees family a few years before, through coaching Andrew in baseball, and learned what a wonderful,...

Our heart felt condolences on the loss of your dear son Ben. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
