Benjamin Whittington

I had the pleasure of working with Ben over many years at the Harrisburg Post Office. Coming in as the young new kid in the maintenance department, Ben always treated me respectfully. He was one of many mentors that taught me so much. I have so many fond memories of Ben and those years at the PO. My condolences to his family. He is again with his wife, Denise with our Lord. RIP Ben.

A sailor has passed away today. Ben, you are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow navy veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The carrier has turned into the wind preparing for your final departure. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender.
