MRS.ACEVEZ AND THE YANEZ FAMILY
MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON YOUR LOSS. MY BROTHER RICHARD WAS GOOD FRIENDS WITH BEN, I REMEMBER HIM TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH FUN THEY HAD TOGETHER. I REMEMBER HIM FROM THE CENTER AND ALL THE DANCES WE USED TO HAVE THERE WHEN MY MOM MINA,MRS HERO, MRS FONSECA AND YOUR MOM USED TO MAKE FOOD AND CHAPERONE. THOSE WERE SOME OF THE BEST TIMES OF MINE AND A LOT OF THE KIDS FROM THE OLD NEIGHBORHOODS LIFE! NOW BEN IS WITH HIS MOM AND DAD WHO LOVED HIM VERY MUCH....

To the Yanez Family,
I know there is no words to take away your pain, in time it will fade. Keep Ben close at heart and he will be with you always.
I went to school with him and remember his smile. He was a very nice person.
Your are in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

I remember all the good times we had growing up together in the old neighborhood. I've been away from there almost 30 years, but at least I got to see you 2 years ago. Good Bye old friend.

AWWWW BENNIE!! It's been years since I've seen you. but, oh my head is filled with soooo many memories of you! From kindergarten at Columbus to graduating from Edison! We just had our 35th reunion, I thought I would see ya there, little did I know! ( Sorry for locking ya in the locker in 1st grade, but, it was MY 'Casper the Ghost' coloring book, I wasn't a good sharer then, I am now!!)
To all of Ben's family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. All I can see is Ben's 'SMILE'.
Till...

Ben and I were friends in High School. He was always so much fun to be with. He had a great sense of humor, but was also considerate and a good friend. I have not seen him much since school, but am still very sad to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his family.
