I was so sorry to hear of Ben's passing. It was an honor getting to know him. He was so inspirational to all our neighbors, walking his loyal and faithful dog more than once each day. He would always pause and talk to anyone. The neighborhood just doesn't seem the same without watching Ben, smoking his pipe, with his faithful dog each day! His dog is amazing, she knew to walk at Ben's pace, sometimes stopping to wait for him to catch up. God bless him , and Alice too.
