In August of this year we received a beautifully handwritten card from Ben (yes Palmer style) asking us for a visit saying he’d “stocked up on Malbec” for us. This was a favorite go-to wine on our frequent family trips over the years. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to Spokane in time, but cherish our memories of this truly unique man.

Ben was a great mentor and friend to me when I was at Murphey Favre as a new Broker. I enjoyed his lunch prepared at his home for all of us "girls" , which was delicious! He told us that he had made the table and chairs. They looked beautiful too. Ben lived a good long life!
