Bennie was a very special person to us at the Grand Island Public Library. Always so friendly and kind. I enjoyed hearing about all the good food that he cooked at work for his coworkers. Bennie will be missed!!

I was taken aback by reading of Bennie's death this morning. Bennie will be truly missed by all those people who were lucky enough to know him. I know how loyal and loving he was to you and I always appreciated his thoughtfulness, honesty and dedication to doing good work when he was installing siding for me for many years.
