The Poulos family knew Ms. Tapley as the sweet, generous, friendly, and kind hearted neighbor we grew up with on Clarine Drive, in the Boulder Bluff neighborhood of Goose Creek, SC. My family and I lived on the same street as Mrs. Tapley in Boulder Bluff, growing up, and I remember her fondly as a sweet, quiet, and pleasant lady as the cashier at Boulder Bluff Elementary School and as my neighbor.
