I've known Berk as a school friend from back in 1953 at Lincoln High School through athletics as well as in a working relationship in the health insurance industry. We had some good times when our son's became friends while playing football together at Beaverton High School. He was a good man and just a good old friend who will be missed. We most recently had caught up with him and Teddy here on CRR when our son, Randy and family were visiting.

Will miss Big Berk. Had the pleasure of knowing him through Scott and he was a big part of my childhood experiences. Was fortunate to see him in Crooked River Ranch in recent years while seeing my parents who moved there as well from Beaverton.

Holmans have lived next door since they moved to the ranch. Berkeley was a great friend and neighbor, comfortable like an old shoe, great sense of humor and is missed dearly.
