I appreciated her creative talent, constructive direction, and her many works of art. I often tell others that she was the best art teacher ever!

I worked with Berle many years ago in the Pharmacy at Cone Hospital. She had the best sense of humor! We laughed so much and joked around. What a kind, funny and talented lady. So glad I got to know her.

Our deepest sympathies to the family of a wonderful woman who blessed the lives of so many. Berle was my first art teacher so many years ago and she opened my eyes to the beauty of the world. Her laughter warmed my heart and she certainly made the world a better place. This morning I awoke to a magnificent sunrise. I´m sure Berle was helping God choose the colors.
