Bernadean Fisher, age 77, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, September 22, 2004.

She was born at Cedar Glades, Arkansas on June 22, 1927, the daughter of George Graves and Ebbie Spears Graves. She was married to Joe H. Fisher on July 17, 1956. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Theodore Graves and one sister, Jessie Kelley.

She was Baptist in faith and loved listening to gospel music, canning fresh vegetables and enjoyed crafts.

She is survived by her husband, Joe H. Fisher of Hot Springs; five sons and two daughters-in-law, Joe A. Fisher of Hot Springs, Tracy and Connie Fisher of Royal, Dewain Bates of Jessieville, Donald and Gloria Bates of Glenwood and Ronald Bates of Glenwood; two daughters, Zelda Fisher and Velma Bates both of Hot Springs; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Oliver and Electa Graves of Hot Springs, Hershel and Treva Graves of Florida, Bobby and June Graves of Hot Springs and Odell and Doris Graves of Arkadelphia; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Wilma and Ricky Killian of Hot Springs, Essie Kelley of Mountain Pine and Modine and Roger Andrus of Oregon; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2004 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs with Bro. Jimmy Turner and Bro. Raymond Balisle officiating.

Interment will be in the Mountain Valley Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Bobbie D. Fine, Jr. and staff of Hot Springs Dialysis and Advanced Care Hospital.

The family will be at 133 Job Corp Road in Royal.
