Not sure what to say?

Our family had the honor of knowing this truly amazing woman who became our step mother of 39 years to eight beautiful children from our birth mother. What courage it took to tackle our family and take over where once was a tragedy that turned into years of learning to love a women who raised us. Her guidance and wisdom will forever be remembered. We must not forgot the meaning of love and forgiveness at this time of the year. May her wings spread wide and her legacy live on.

Bernadette was a generous and caring person. I feel fortunate to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with all the Loeb family and her friends who are all feeling the loss of her in your lives. I am holding you in the Light. Karen Shanoski

Bernadette was a kind and caring person.

She cared for those who could not care for themselves. Her strong spiritual beliefs, as a true Christian, carried her through this mortal life in a beautiful legacy which most of us can only hope and wish for. "Doc" was a grand lady who is very missed. She was much more than our Sister-in-Law. She was, and remains, a...

Dear Family of Bernadette,
Bernadette was one of my closest friends. We shared many sorrows and joys. Not many Mondays passed that we did not do something. We would go out to eat,go see a movie ride the railroad or go to a dog show. Bernadette was a great friend, and will be grealy missed. May God soften your sorrow.

I remember Dr Herbst as an intelligent and compassionate physician with whom I was honored to be associated with for 18 years. She was one of God's best creations.
