Bernadette was an important part of the faculty at St. Barnabas School. She had a true gift for teaching second graders. They adored her. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to hire her. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news about Bernadette. I went to Normandy High School with her brother Dave. Whenever I came to their house to visit, she always had a smile and was full of cheer! My deepest condolences to the entire Maschak family.
