Bernie was a beautiful quilter and I especially enjoyed her Christmas tree quilts. I was privileged to know Bernie as a member of the Thursday quilting group. She was always, generously, shared her vast quilting expertise with me and others in the group. Bernie was a blessing and a glowing light to all who knew her. She will be missed.

Bernie was such a special person in my life. She will be greatly missed. I am saddened that I am will not be able to attend the service today. I was a renter of Bernie´s almost 20 years ago. She taught me how to quilt, she inspired me with her love for the Lord, and always welcoming. I have always remained in touch and was so blessed to have visited with her this summer. I will cherish my memories and all she has taught me with her wisdom through the years.

Bernie and Dorothy were longtime friends! We had a lot of fun during our bowling days! Darn covid ended our bowling days! I really loved them both! And now they can be together again! Love and prayers to all their family!
