BERNARD I. BELASCO

My wife and I were deeply saddened to hear of Bernie's passing. To us, he was a warm neighbor, always quick with a friendly smile and a kind word. We will miss him.

We have so many wonderful memories of Uncle Bernie both at Uncle Haynes' house at the lake in SC and at our home in VA, where we celebrated many lively Christmas holidays together. He always had a great love of food and we enjoyed cooking all his favorites. We love him and will miss him greatly! Rest in Peace Uncle Bernie!

Such a wonderful person Bernard was in his own special way he treated and loved many people. He loved to come south and always enjoyed the good foods. Haynes and his leaving our world has surely left a space which will never be filled. They will surely be missed.

I will miss Dr. B very much. He was a "patron of the arts" in the purest sense of the term. I'll miss both our arguments (common) and alliances (less common) on matters of theater and music. He left New York and the world a better place.

I will miss my Uncle Berrney so much. I am so blessed that I got to spend the summer with Uncle Berrney and Uncle Haynes. I really got to know Uncle Berrney and he was so good to me. I will miss him and alway love him. He was smart, funny, loving with a quite presents but you knew he was something special when he walked into the room . Rest in Peace. Love Lisa Rodrigue Napper

So sad to hear of Bernard's passing. We share many special memories of him with Cousin Haynes. He will be remembered and cherished in our hearts forever.
