Bernard was my Kappa Kappa Psi line brother and Human Jukebox crab brother at Southern University. His nickname was indeed "Pillsbury" and I was there when he got it. He was a gentle soul with a kind nature and a giving spirit. We lost contact over the years and I am only now learning of his passing. Rest in peace, my Brother. #AEA

He used to greet me with "Hi, Sister in Law". Give me a hug, a soft/fuzzy beard kiss on the cheek followed by a gentle hug and smile with big rosey cheeks. The kind you'd pinch if he was a little boy. He had a gentle caring spirit. Rather laid back and casual. I personally never saw him out of order, in fact in earlier days, he graced the field at Morgan State University wearing a Howard University Band Uniform.
