Read MoreI knew Bernie for many years as we played racquetball together at the gym and from Temple Concord. Bernie was a man I admired for his optimistic view on life and his cheerful spirit. Even though I moved away from CNY a few years back, I have thought of him fondly when I remember our racquetball days. Rest in peace Bernie.

Although i only met Mr. Bugin a few times when i was friends with his son, David, back in college, i remember him fondly as a kind, sweet, and funny man. May the family and all who knew, loved and will miss Mr. Bugin find comfort in each other, and may Mr. Bugin's memory be a blessing.
