My deep condolences over the passing of Bernie, who was a great and holy man. I just came across the news. I appreciate all he did for me and my family. May he enjoy the rewards of his highly fruitful life in heaven with Jesus and our dear Mother, Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Dear Jean Ann and family,
I was so shocked to hear that I missed being there with you to celebrate the life of Bernie. Now he is celebrating in heaven forever with all of the saints. What a wonderful man! I have been so blessed because I met him. Pray for us Bernie! Sr Margaret Charles, fsp

Dear Aunt Jean Ann and family, We feel your loss. Life and death have been happening since the beginning; life is always more joyful but if you are a person of faith, that death leads to an other, permanent life, where you will join him. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Len and Robin Waldmann

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

To the family of Bernie Downey:
Your beloved husband, father and grandfather is now among the angels in heaven to be sure. Such a fine man and loyal friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Heartfelt condolences to each of you.
Sincerely,
Margaret Neveril

Dear Jean Ann,
It has been a long time. You were one of our Maid of Honors in Janet's and my wedding back on October 23, 1948. My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your wonderful family.
