As a Best Man

Bernie and Annette- Newlyweds

On his honeymoon cruise

Bernie around 1980

Sorry to hear about Bernie's passing- The world is a smaller place without him. You could always count on him to find the humor in any situation!

I am so sorry for your loss. I was with Bernie in 1981-82 when he was stationed at Scott Air Force Base, IL. I was won over by his wonderful smile and sweet caring demeanor. On Nov. 4, 1982, his deployment to Turkey sent our lives in different directions. I have often wondered how his life continued. I learned of his passing recently and am deeply saddened for his family and friends. After reading all the messages, I now know he stayed true to himself and enjoyed life. Applesauce Bernie!

Bernie, we will miss your cheers and jokes. I loved knowing and working with for several years in Colorado. God called you to be in better place. Be strong for the his family.

Annette I am so saddened to have learned about his passing. I consider Bernie to be a really close friend and a guy who would cheer anybody up every time. So glad to have known him and am very grateful to know that our Lord will lead him to His place in Heaven. Prayers for you for strength and also his family.
