Bernard "Bernie" Finkel

To Fay and her family,

Kathy and I offer our heartfelt sympathy and condolences. Bernie was an energetic and inspiring leader in the District and it was my great honor and pleasure to serve on his staff. I only just learned of his passing, being now retired and living in north central Pennsylvania. You can comfort yourselves and take pride in how much better a place he left the world through his energy, charity, personality and work.
