Bernie on his 90th birthday
Dear Jani and Heidi,
So sorry for the loss of your Dad.
I enjoyed sending him news clippings about Southbridge and Worcester area via this newspaper. He told me that he had enjoyed seeing Bob Cousy play at Holy Cross so I would send him articles about HC.
He was very sweet to share his classical music with me since we both enjoy it.
I will miss him dearly.

My sincere condolences to Mr. Gervais' family and friends. My honor and respect to the memory of Mr. Gervais. One of my mother's older brothers was a coxswain on the USS Crescent City and landed marines on the beach during the invasion of Peleliu. I will never forget his telling me of his experiences that day.
