Bernard Gorman

Even though I've been retired from Stop & Shop for 2 1/2 years I keep in touch with other retired people and Bernie's name comes up from time to time. He was a great person and teacher!

This was a great reminder. Bernie was a great person and teacher. I often think of the people who made Stop & Shop a good place to work. Bernie is one of those people and his good friend Gene Rozak. Time goes by but now that I'm retired from stop and shop I want to remember the people who made my day and life a little brighter. Bernie was one of those people.

We are so saddened to learn of Bernards passing. Our sincerest condolences to all his family.

I’m so very sorry to hear about your dad Bernard, I found it strange that my dad Joe had not received a Christmas card , Bernard always marked Christmas & Easter with a card & a note to Joe. Sad that they only found it each other so late in life but it brought a lot of joy to my dad, thank you Bernard for that. May you Rest In Peace, prayers said . Condolences to all of Bernard’s family.

My sympathies to the Gorman family. Wishing you all peace during this difficult time. Although it has been so many years, I remember him fondly.

I knew Mr Gorman 50 years spent many a day at his home.His love for the red Sox was unmatched actually shud have played for them.Very sorry to the gorman family I know he will be greatly missed.

Fantastic Stop & Shop manager. I had the pleasure to work with Red or Bernie as his hair grayed, for many many years. Red always took care of his employees and recognized their value to the company. Please know that your dad and granddad was a GOOD MAN. Laura Bogdanowicz East Longmeadow
