My condolences to all of the Jablonski's at this sad time. Barbara and Jay were friends of my parents for many many years. Jay was always so friendly and upbeat in the best way. Such very kind people. Thinking of you all.

I was honored to call Jay friend and colleague. He was a man of integrity and did so much for the City of Bayonne. He was a devoted family man and one of the kindest people I knew. My family sends condolences to his family. Again, I was honored to know Jay. God bless.
