Not sure what to say?

I remember Mr. Mazzoni from 7th grade when he was my Math teacher at CHS in the Canal Zone.....God Bless.

Mr. Mazzoni was my 9th grade Algebra teacher in 1964/65. He made math click for me and this was the first class that I aced in high school. Because of his guidance, I became an Aerospace Engineer and in the last 8 years before retirement, I quit my job as an engineer and became a high school math teacher. My brother Bill was 12 years younger than me and Mr. Mazzoni was his favorite teacher at CHS. God Bless Him.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Mazzoni was a good friend, a good teacher . Mr. Mazzoni always treated people as though they were something special. I know as his students hear that he has passed away their will be many fond memories. I truly believe he was right we he said "life is good". I am so glad he had a good life.

I went to CHS from 61 to 65 and knew Mr. Mazzoni well. He was well liked by our class.
He was one of only two teachers who was invited to our Graduation Party at the hotel
Washington. I will remember him in my prayers.

Not many of our teachers smiled when we entered their classrooms like Mr. Mazzoni . Thank you too, Sir, for your military service.

Although I am an alumnus of CHS I never had the pleasure of being in one of his classes. I do know, from countless anecdotes from fellow classmates, that he was universally admired and respected as a meaningful teacher. Despite the inevitability of his demise, I am saddened by the news!

Robert S. Hill, M.D., CHS '59

I didn't know much about Mr. Mazzoni's life, just that he taught me algebra in 9th Grade at Cristobal High School in 1954. I'm glad he had such a full, long life, and was a credit to his Country, serving in WWII and Korea. Condolences to his remaining family.

I was a student of Mr. Mazzoni when he taught at Cristobal High School in the Canal Zone. I enjoyed his class and had a great deal of respect for him. He was one of the few teachers that made Algebra fun and peaked my interest in learning more. I will never forget him.
Thank you Mr. Mazzoni and rest in peace.

Mr. Mazzini was my algebra teacher, a good teacher who was interested in his students. Margaret Martin Henshaw
