Not sure what to say?

Father Mac can only be described as a terrific person, great team leader, coordinator and listener. One of his top attributes was he remembered your name even after your initial meeting.
Mac will be missed. He is one person we are glad to have known.
His message of ethics, helping those in need and the ability to listen will continue by those that came in contact with him.

Father Mac -
You will always be remembered as the most kind, and gentle Priest at St.Gerards. Will your name never be forgotten. You are truly missed as a person and a priest.

My the Lord smile as big and wide as so many of us did when you said Mass. No matter what the topic - you got people thinking and more importantly, you brought so many together to share in the love of God - something you loved so much.
You will be missed - but never forgotten or far from our prayers.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

Father Mac was a dear friend, he married (2)of our daughters and christened our grandchildren. We loved him dearly and will never forget him. He will rest in peace!

We met in 1951. He was the first seminary classmate I met and my first friend.
His first sermon in English class was given with hands behind his back, looking at the desks and "rapid." Our Rosaries set a record.
Amen, dear friend.

Father Mac was a special gift. Being part of his "Our Lady of the Airways family", he helped share joyous times as well as difficult and sorrowful times with me and my family. I have missed his smile, twinkle, laughter and his 22 minute masses ~ with an inspiring homily! Thank you for sharing your life with us.

I will never forget Father Mac's kindness to both me and my mother in recent years - he was always a joy to listen to and very personable.
May he rest in peace.

Father Mac married my wife and me 30 plus years ago, but he became an important part of my life before then. He became a friend of my oldest brother, Denny, in the early 60's and married Denny and his wife, Donna, in 1967. When my father died suddenly in 1975 and my mother was dealing with the shock of her husband walking out of the house that morning and not returning that afternoon and expressed concern about having a casket in place of my father in church for the funeral mass, while...
