We as neighbors love Bernerd he was the nicest person around. We are just sorry we did not get to see him more in the nursing home. Everytime Dan came home from Wash. he visited him and he can not do this in 2 weeks he will be home again. We miss both of them as neighbors. We had a happy life around these neighbors and they would watch our house when we went on vacations and we know that no one would get in our house. These are neighbors that we trusted with our life. I remember working for Bernard when it was chicken harvest time, I was just a little kid and had a hard time holding the chickens, it is funny now, but wasn't at the time. Bernard and Lucille were great neighbors when I was living there in Aberdeen. I would get up early in the winter time before school and grab the snow blower and clean there side walks. They appreciated it so much, and I liked getting the "Thanks" from them both, as they appreciated it so much, plus the money was good. I...
