Karl, I'm very sorry to learn of your father's passing. Please know I'm praying for God's comfort for you as you go through this season of grief.

To the Proctor Family, Karl you have our condolences during this time. We will keep you and the family in our prayers for peace and comfort from the LORD. Keep your heads held high and know that you all are loved in spite of what you're going through.

Dr. Proctor lived behind our house for as long as we lived there. They were wonderful neighbors. My sympathies to Carl.

Dr. Proctor, a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church West Chester was a giant in education and community involvement. His Tuskegee Archives were renowned. His quiet approach to problem solving, will be missed. He was a mentor to many people young and old

This is a man I would have loved to sit down and spoken with. This man had an incredible life and he will be missed by thousands of students, friends, airmen and people of all colors. I'm a old white man {74} who spent my life seeking out people that did honorable, righteous and glorious things in their life. I will miss this Man.

Dr. Proctor was a very loving person. He attended Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in West Chester with his wife for many years. He always spoke in Feb. about the Tus. Airman. He was a legend and will be missed. Be Blessed,
Carolyn

I am sorry that I did not know Dr. proctor. I was drawn to his obituary by the mention of the Tuskegee Airmen. As a person of different ethnic background, I would like to thank him for his unwavering support and service to his country. May he rest in peace. I certainly will keep him in my prayers.
