Bernie was the sweetest man and the best neighbor anyone could ask for. We always saw him puttering around outside, changing the decorations around the house for the holidays, he always made it so festive. We sure missed he and Delphine after we moved and missed our little chats in the yard! Rest easy Bernie, you will be missed by so many, but I am thankful you are no longer suffering.
