Not sure what to say?

I want to express my deepest sympathies to the Ryan family. I have known Dr. Ryan for the last five years. Dr Ryan did a lot for the betterment of mankind and for his Church Town and Community in Shelter Island, New York. May God Bless you during this very difficult time. Dr. Ryan was a great and kind person and will truly be missed.

To the family of Dr. Ryan, I was saddened when I received the news of Dr. Ryan. I met Dr. Ryan 7 years ago on the farm. I always felt, when we spoke, that I was in the company of a special man. He accomplished many great things in his life, for which you should all be proud. I will always remember Dr. Ryan enjoying his retirement on the farm. He will be missed.

Dear Betty, Kathleen, Chris, Elizabeth and Elaine

The loss that you are feeling is terrible, but the warmth of memories of Bernard, hopefully will suppress the hurt over time. I am sorry that I could not attend his funeral, but Jim and Kevin have told me what a great and moving affair it was.

I have pasted below my original memo to Chris on my thoughts of Bernard. The really first memory I have a Bernard was when I along with my brothers, sister and cousin...
