Fond memories of Bernie, ringing the bell at the bar, he was such a jolly, good guy and very well respected. Our deepest sympathy to the whole family. Rest in Peace Bernie. Brian and I started dating at Bernie's as well, and are now together 20 years.

Marge and Family, I was saddened to hear the passing of Bernie. He was always bigger than life when he would visit us. I know he is at peace. Dear Uncle Bernie, I know that now you are at peace and have regained your ability to remember times that have past. I remember going with Nonny and Poppy to watch you bowl in tournaments at Idle Hour. You will be missed.

We are so sorry to hear of Bernie's passing. I loved him dearly! I would sit for hours with him at the bar and listen to his old navy stories.He always had a big smile and a big hug, every time I came in the bar. He was a wonderful man and will be misssed greatly!
