Not sure what to say?

I had the opportunity and the pleasure of working with Bernice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I was thinking about her today and decided to Google her and found out this very sad news. She was a wonderful nurse and friend and I send my deepest condolences to her family and friends.

I only worked with Bernice for a short time but learned what a caring and giving person she was. She truly cared about the vets and went beyond to help them when she could. I will miss her caring smile and look forward to seeing her again someday in heaven.

I would like to express my condolences to Bernice's entire family. I have worked with her for many, many years and I have many memories of her. She loved to laugh and hear funny stories. She will truly be missed by many friends, coworkers, and veterans at the VAMC. I will keep the entire family in my prayers, and I know that she is in heaven smiling down on all of us now.
