Further, Keith took care of his mother for all these years and to me that is a badge of honor; something to be proud of.

I came to know Bernice indirectly through her son Keith who has been my next door neighbor since May 12, 2006. That date changed my life forever as Keith´s purchase rescued me from two dogs that barked incessantly. His kindness, gentleness and compassion for his neighbors had to have been learned from someone. They say the apple does not fall far from the tree. Knowing Keith for as long as I have he carries on those qualities so well instilled by Bernice. Enjoy your new life of peace...

My Condolences Keith

Bernice and I were best friends during high school and during summers while I was in college. We spent my summer breaks doing fun things together, getting around in her very nice white car. She would regale me with the antics of the psychiatric patients at the hospital where she worked. Bernice was fun, thoughtful and had a beautiful temperament. I stayed in Boston and our updates dwindled to Christmas cards. She was so proud of Keith and so pleased that he was her son. I was very sad to...
