Condolences to the family . I worked with Bernice many years ago . What a wonderful lady! One of my favorite memories was when we were interviewing contractors - one of whom was a retired NFL official . When Bernice learned that he knew John U , she lost it ! Godspeed you to your reward Bernice !

I had the great pleasure of working with Bernice for a number of years. She was a smart, tough, fair and compassionate individual. She made made all of us who knew and worked with her better individuals

Bernice was a can-do person and a team player of the very best kind. Blessed to have worked with her and blessed to call her a dear friend! Sorry that we didn't hear about the memorial service until after the event.

Bernice was one of the best procurement folks in the Baltimore District. She was one of the reasons Baltimore Construction Division was so successful. Thank you Bernice for your support over the years. We love you Chuck Schroer

Bernice and i worked for the Corps of Engineers. I knew her for many years. She was a kind and warm hearted person and a dedicated public servant. She will be missed by all who knew her.
