Temple Beth Sholom of Roslyn Heights, NY mourns the passing of our beloved, devoted member Bernice Cohen. Past President of Sisterhood, first woman President of Temple Beth Sholom, Executive Director of our temple for 25 years and Director of Temple Beth Sholom's Endowment Fund. Philanthropist to the greater Jewish community as well as the community at large. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her entire family. It is with great sadness we found out that Bernice Cohen had passed away.She was a wonderful person who had a tremendous impact on our lives.We can't find enough words to describe her kindness, wisdom and generosity.We will always remember Bernice and be grateful for everything she did to us.
