Bob & Vickie'

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Although the years have passed and your mom and I have not had recent contact; I have thought about her from time to time.

She was always very nice, thoughtful and treated my children and I well on our visits.
We had many a good time and laughs together.

May she rest in peace.

I want to extend my condolences to the family of Mr. Shook Czaja, especially to Vickie. I have not lived in Pittsfield for 50 years, but I remember Mrs. Shook well: we were neighbors on Highland Avenue. She was always friendly, pleasant, and cheerful. I was friendly with her children Joe and Vickie, about whom I also have fond memories.

Dear Bob and Gail, I was so sad to read about your mothers death in the eagle today. As you know, we became very good friends during the years I cared for her. We were back in Massachusetts this Christmas and I visited with her and was happy that she recognized me. She enjoyed her usual doughnut and we had a nice visit. Gary and I are moving back to Pittsfield by summer , maybe I will run in to you sometime. May Bernice rest in peace! Sincerely, Sharon
