I was shocked to hear of Bernie's sudden passing. I remember him as when we were kids and romped in the Woodland and Yolo areas. I'm sorry we did not keep in touch better - he was always a good person to know - always upbeat and had a winning smile!! I'm sure his family will miss him very much.

Bernie's word was gold. He was a business acquaintance of mine. But more importantly you could tell that he was a genuine man that loved people . Though I only knew him a short time he made an impact on me. I will miss you Bernie....
