Not sure what to say?

Clayton and Jodi have been very important to my daughter, Tammie Chavez. We are so blessed to have people like Clayton in our lives, if only for a while. Clayton and Jodi live the Golden Rule and are mentors and examples to all who know them. Clayton will be very much missed, and Jody will be very much in our prayers. May the Good Lord bless and keep you. Amen.

When I first met Clayton he was just visiting our Hotel and I questioned why he was walking around in the back of the house as I was in Security at that time. Clayton would tell everyone that story of how we met when he introduced me as his Admin. Assistant, adding how he stole me from Security because I was such a hard worker. We became very close after that as well as with Jody, they considered me like a daughter as well as a coworker and friend, that meant a lot to me and Dannielle' and...

I worked with Clayton at the Albuquerque Marriott, he was my boss for short time in Engineering. He was a great person & boss. I enjoyed listening to his stories. He always had a great attitude! He also liked horses too. I told him and Jody, that they are both more than welcome to come out and spent time with mine. Clayton will be greatly missed.

Clayton embodied the spirit of a Southern Gentleman. Always gracious, always pleasant. His love of his family and his consideration of his friends and coworkers are hallmarks of his kind and generous soul.

Clayton will be missed. I am fortunate to have know him.

I was blessed to know such a great person. Thank you for being my firend.

I will always remember your silly jokes, and the way you made me laugh. Most of all I will remember how much you cared about the people you worked with and your family. I will miss your smile & laughter. You will always be in my memories & in my heart. Your friend Ruth Herrera

I am so thankfull for the oppurtunity I had to work with Clayton. He will always be in our hearts and in our prayers.

Clayton fulfilled God's command to be Salt of the Earth by adding "flavor" wherever he went. The sparkle in his eyes, his bright smile and enthusiasm always made people feel good. It was impossible to be down when Clayton was around. He will be greatly missed.

I remember Clayton as a person EASY TO LOVE. Many years ago he supported me to learn English, when he conducted meetings to the Housekeeper Department, I was the person who did the translation, and thanks to him and people like him, now I am able to communicate better in this country. When Clayton returned to work at the Albuquerque Marriott Hotel, he asked me to support him to learn Spanish, and I did whatever was possible to encourage him. Every morning at the Stand Up Meeting, he requested...
