Dear Rina, Sorry for the loss of your brother. I didn´t know your family but remembering some of the things you shared when we worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Your family was a good hard working Christian Dutch family. What a blessing that is!

Burt and LaVonne were our neighbors while I was growing up They were a wonderful family to know and be friends with Burt hired me to work with his father at a little village in Jenison Can't remember the name. with his father doing landscaping It was a good job and it showed me the value in hard work Burt was a kind and very uplifting person They would invite us to their lake camp ground and he would teach us how to water ski etc... I also remember when he started insulating on home...

Heaven gained an gentle angel! LaVonne and boys, may God grant you peace and comfort as you say goodbye to your loved one! Bakhuyzen families as your hearts are broken remember God is gracious and loving. You have fond memories to cherish as life continues! My sympathies

Our sincere condolences to LaVonne and the Bakhuyzen family. They simply don´t come any better than Bert & LaVonne, a truly remarkable couple who enjoyed life to the fullest. We so enjoyed going on several WCUZ Caribbean Cruises with Bert & LaVonne. Bert was also a wonderful businessman who completed several "timely" residential projects for us. God rest his soul.
