Bert Baty

I am not sure I happen to come across Bert´s obituary but I am reading about Bert and his passing. Linda and kids I send my deepest condolences. Bert and I recruited together in Pendleton Oregon many years ago. I was across the hall in the Navy office. Bert kept this young at the time Sailor out of trouble and together a lot of young men and women went onto join the Army or the Navy. God´s speed Bert! Andy Lally

I was deeply saddened to learn of Bert's passing. Bert and I were classmates in junior high as well as high school. While many of us struggled to find our legs, Bert was steady and sure-footed. I really admired that. He was joyful, good natured, and hard working. I once did Bert a small favor, and he gave me an iou for a box of popcorn from the Strand Theater. I look forward to collecting from him one day. May Bert rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss, he was a nice guy When I was a Junior at Gilroy High we had a play and he was in it, remember him being kind, and sweet, had red hair. My Husband knew Ted.
