Not sure what to say?

Like many others Bert was our financial advisor. What I feel set him apart from other advisors we had in the past is that he demonstrated he genuinely cared about our financial future. He was sincere and so trustworthy. More importantly, Bert became our friend and our confidante. We miss him very much. Not only because of our "professional" relationship with him but because he was a very good man and friend who demonstrated his love for God in his words and actions. God's peace Bert.

Dear Missy and Ian, I am so sorry for your loss. This has been quite a shock and I'm still processing it. Although I haven't seen your families for a very long time, I wanted to share some good memories of your dad. Your dad and my dad are brothers. Your dad is the youngest son; my dad is the oldest son. I was closer in age to your dad than my dad was; he felt more like a cousin to me than an uncle. When we were young, your dad came to Edson- Peers to work on the farm for the summer. We had a...

You will be dearly missed my friend and never forgotten. Your love for life was a pleasure for everyone who met you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. R.I.P.

Dear Ian and Mary , I am so sorry to read of the passing of Bert. Actually it is a shock. He was too young! He was a very kind man. It seemed to me he loved life! I will keep you in my prayers for God's peace and comfort for you and all your families.

Bert was a true friend who enjoyed life and Family. Always ready to help and encourage me in life. He always put a smile on my face. We enjoyed his and Ian´s visits to our house . We had a great time with him in Anna Maria Island this spring. He will be missed but NERER forgotten

Missy, Ian, Mary and families, I was in total shock reading of Bert's passing. It is totally a shock of belief. My dad (Simon Koster) introduced Bert to my husband and I over 40 years ago. Bert's been like a family member to us for so many many years. Bert was right beside me when I lost my husband in 1994, not realizing he lost his precious wife only months before. Bert was the first family friend that was called and showed up the morning my dad passed away in 2011. You all are in my...

There are no words to describe how much Bert will be missed. He was larger than life and touch so many people's lives. Bert will truly be missed by all especially the Cane Palm Beach staff. My prayers go out to the family and loved ones.

Dear Family You don't know me. I was a neighbor of Bert's in Cane Palm Beach condominiums. We had several long conversations and he was just so kind and interesting. I used to pick his brain for ideas. We talked finance and construction projects a lot. (I'm a retired financial journalist.) I was always interested in his many projects. I am so, so sorry. He was such a wonderful guy. I will greatly miss him and always remember the times we had together over drinks looking out over the Gulf.
