Not sure what to say?

Dearest Gail, Jesse & Brian,
You are in our thoughts & prayers every day...many times. We share in your grieving everyday. Wayne & Bert shared a special friendship. Wayne is so grateful for his love, compassion & understanding during the most difficult times in his life. He was able to lean on Bert for understanding & received it when he knew there was no one else he could count on.
When I came into the picture your family showed me kindness as a new person in Wayne's life. I...

Shayne and I always enjoyed Berts company and conversation every time we went down there. He was always full of life and embraced everything with a smile even when he may not have been feeling up to it. We all need to take a page from his book. Gayle we are here for you and Jesse if you need us. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Gail,
It has taken some time for me to get the nerve to do this, but here I go. The first time we saw Bert at your house he was sooo nervous. He tried so hard to do and say the right things to Bryan...you know...he always did. Bert was there at the birth of our children (his grandchildren)and they love him dearly. He is the true POP-POP. Bryan has told me that out of all the people he has lost, this has been the toughest, but we know that Bert is better off than even we are today. Just...

Gail,
It has taken some time for me to get up the nerve to so this, but here I go. You know that the first time that we saw Bert at your house, he was so nervous and tried so hard to do and say the right things to Bryan. You know ....he always did. Bryan loved Bert dearly
and Bryan has said that all the people he has lost, this has been the toughest. I can say that Bert was there for the birth of our children, (his grandchildren), where our own fathers were not. He was the true...

This has been one of the hardest things our family has gone through. Bert was not only a brother-in-law,but, a real true friend. His smile and his sense of humor was one of a kind. We'll always love Bert and always remember him for the great person that he was. Our prayers are with you Gail. There will always be something that reminds you of Bert. You'll hear that speacial song, hear the beach waves, hear the birds singing, there will always be something that will remind you of Bert. Thats...

My brother and Best friend IS in heaven, making friends and seeing all others that waited on him. ALL of US will miss him here on earth, yet we KNOW he LOVED LIFE, was not afraid to die, and KNEW where he was headed. ANYONE who knew Bert, Wheeler, W.G., Gail or Jessee, DO feel free to email me and we can always TALK about HIS great life, laugh, cry, and keep him in our hearts.
Thanks to David Simmons and Calvary Baptist church for aiding us in 'saying' our so-longs for 'now' with such...

Although Bert has left to go to a better place his memories will live on. Gail take care and know that everybody is praying for you.

I was so sorry to learn of Bert's passing. Bert always made people laugh. It has been many years since I have seen Bert but he was never forgotten. I am glad to know that God blessed his life and helped him to overcome the struggles along the way. I pray that you all will be comforted during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Cyndi Fogle Brown
